How do you want to leave your impact on the world?
I want to educate people about the benefits of eating a healthy, plant-based diet, and make it fun for them to cook healthy meals at home.
What is your story? What doesn't your resume tell us about you?
I have a passion for cooking and healthy eating. I'm a vegetarian, and I want to own my own food business to educate people about healthy eating and cooking.
Describe your dream job or career.
I want to work for a company that values healthy eating and strives to educate people about its benefits. I see myself as a project manager, leading project teams on organizational initiatives.

Throughout my career, I have led QA teams on various projects. I also have managed two direct reports as the manager of the QA department, making departmental decisions on a daily basis. At a previous employer, I lead a corporate giving initiative, making decisions on how to use funds to donate to non-profits in the most effective way.
What is the biggest take-away and/or favorite part of your GREEN Program experience?
Learning about Costa Rica's initiative to run on 100% renewable energy, and seeing that come to fruition a few years after my program there.
Tell us about your Capstone project experience and your journey, your team, the ideation and implementation.
As an MBA class, we went to Costa Rica and visited various green businesses and renewable energy plants, learning about the inner workings of creating renewable energy. As business professionals, our project was focused on learning about the inner workings of these businesses so that we could bring these ideas back to the US and use them to lead green initiatives at our companies.
