What is your story? What doesn't your resume tell us about you?
My resume reflects my high marks throughout high school and college, but not the obstacles I overcame. I have a learning perception disorder that makes reading and writing particularly difficult for me. However, this has made me more determined and hard working, as well as given me excellent problem solving skills.
Describe your dream job or career.
Ideally, I would like to be the Lorax. Sadly, I lack the necessary yellow mustache and ability to rhyme everything I say. Alternatively, I am seeking a career in conservation biology. I want to work towards a more sustainable future. I'm not sure yet if research or advocacy work is the right path for me, but I am having an amazing time exploring both.
Tell us about your leadership experiences.
I believe that a good leader can take charge of any situation, but a great leader knows when to stop and listen. While I have served many leadership potions through school clubs and projects, my proudest moments were never running meetings or organizing events. I enjoy and have become periodically good at hearing out the concerns or ideas of my peers and creating an atmosphere where everyone can work together.

The Doctor (from Doctor Who), Albus Dumbledore, and the White Rabbit. (One of them is bound to take me on an adventure!)
