The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Director of University Partnerships with exceptional communication and project management skills to join our team at our Philadelphia Headquarters. This position will report to the company president and work closely with the management team.

To succeed as the Director of University Partnerships, you should be committed to a high potential role that will drive company growth through university partnerships. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented, strives for customer success, a proactive leader, and excited to be a part of The GREEN Program's mission and growth. 


Role Overview & Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a network of partnerships through targeted outreach and strong project planning
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and enhance quality of customer service
  • Identify opportunities for new partnerships
  • Sign agreements with universities to better support their students who participate in our programs
  • Champion and manage new projects to create strong partnerships
  • Manage, coach, and train a growing team of partnership representatives 
  • Create and implement strategic marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives
  • Represent The GREEN Program at international education conferences with the goal of relationship building and securing new partnerships 
  • Complete market research and analyze results to adjust marketing strategy for maximum success
  • Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics
  • Be knowledgeable in partners' curricula and course outcomes to support partnership
  • Ability to track and achieve measurable goals

  • Team oriented and focused on the success of your peers as well as yourself
  • High levels of entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
  • Strong work ethic, team management, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to establish and sustain effective partnerships
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience navigating a multi-decision sales process
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Highly motivated professional with solid success achieving or surpassing company standards
  • Previous experience in sales, enrollment, and/or higher education a plus
  • Desire to be a critical member of our leadership team while helping our company's continued growth
  • History of successfully meeting company goals
