Overview

A Fortune 500 aerospace industry leader—recognized as one of Fortune’s “World’s Most Admired Companies” and featured on Forbes’ “America’s Best Management Consulting Firms (2025)” and “America’s Best Large Employers” (2025)—partnered with The GREEN Program (TGP) to enrich their Apprentice program.

The goal: integrate immersive sustainability learning experiences to foster employee retention, strengthen team bonds, and catalyze sustainability education and action across their workforce.

Target Goals

Our Process

  • Strategic Alignment: The GREEN Program collaborated with the client’s Sustainability Leadership team to analyze company-wide ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) goals.
  • Program Mapping & Design: Designed a strategic plan for global learning experiences that align with both organizational objectives and apprentice development.
  • Immersive Experiences: Participants engaged in several TGP programs, including field visits, workshops, and interdisciplinary projects, with a focus on renewable energy and sustainable development.
