Radhika Bhatt, Climate & Social Impact Career Coach
Radhika Bhatt is a climate career coach, recruiter, and Founder of Saathe Studio, and specializes in helping people land jobs in climate and sustainability. She’s supported around 500 professionals, from early-career to mid- and senior-level professionals, in navigating career changes from various industries into climate. She brings her multidisciplinary background as a serial career changer, a designer & systems thinker, and program manager to create alchemical and holistic coaching programs and resources for the people she supports.
She’s worked with leading climate organizations like Terra.do, MCJ, The Bloom, ClimateCorps, Plant Futures, and National Wildlife Federation, and has taught workshops at The White House, UN Global People’s Assembly, American University, University of Southern California, and NYC Climate Week.
