What is your story? What doesn't your resume tell us about you?

I like fast and loud cars, I love cooking, I played baseball almost my whole life, and I'm some weird mix between a beach kid and a country boy.

Describe your dream job or career.

High performance automotive engineer. I want to be known as the guy behind some of the coolest cars ever made. Right up there with Enzo Ferrari and Carroll Shelby.

Tell us about your leadership experiences.

I was a Boy Scout for 12 years and held nearly every leadership position in the troop. Senior patrol leader was the most difficult because I was in charge of program planning for meetings and camp outs as well as being responsible for the safety of my fellow scouts.

Describe a personal experience that has directly or indirectly influenced your career path.

The minute I sat in an antique Camaro was the minute I knew I wanted to work with cars. The sound of the V8 engine just made my heart feel warm and I had a beaming smile the whole time I was in that thing.

Tell us about your Capstone project experience and your journey, your team, the ideation and implementation.

My group came up with an idea for a sort of AI for automobiles that focuses on using the least amount of fuel and driving in the most efficient way possible.

How will you use this experience to advance your personal goals?

I'm going to use The GREEN Program as a conversation starter. Not everyone out there can say they've hiked a glacier or bathed in a hot river.

Where and When would you go in a time machine? Why?

A few weeks before the San Marino Grand Prix in 1994. I would warn the FIA about the dangers of the Imola racetrack and save the lives of drivers Roland Ratzenberger and Ayrton Senna.
