How do you want to leave your impact on the world?
I want to create lasting change in our industrial agriculture system and find better ways to implement sustainable infrastructure in underdeveloped regions.
What is the biggest take-away and/or favorite part of your GREEN Program experience?
My favorite part of my experience was listening to my peers share their stories about how they got to where they were in the world. It was truly inspiring for me to understand why other people were making a deliberate choice to dedicate a portion of their life to the environment and learn about renewable energy, and so many of them shared invaluable experiences and knowledge that widened my perspective on life. A huge take-away for me was coming to understand how much I don't know about the renewable energy sector. I was in awe of the exposure GREEN gave me into the innovative policies/technologies the Fukushima prefecture was exploring.
