What is your story? What doesn't your resume tell us about you?

I constantly seek new challenges and love to be part of new innovations. I am currently in a MBA program that was redesigned this year to focus around real life challenges and leadership development. I moved out to Denver without knowing many people to experience new things and grow my perspective (also the mountains are pretty awesome).

Describe your dream job or career.

I would enjoy working for a small company helping grow a company and make a positive impact on the world. I would specifically like to work in sustainability and renewable energies.

Tell us about your leadership experiences.

I am currently a MBA candidate focused on leadership development and real world challenges. I am a member of our student leadership board and currently working a couple consulting projects. I also helped implement a new system in my previous job at Schneider Electric. Also during my time at Schneider Electric I managed several projects. During my undergraduate degree I was the project leader for our senior design capstone project and the capstone project for the GREEN program.

What is the biggest take-away and/or favorite part of your GREEN Program experience?

The biggest take-away from GREEN program experience was the opportunity to see a more in depth view of the Costa Rican culture and not just the tourist spots. I also really enjoyed the capstone project and having to create and develop a idea in only a few days.
